Pacharbor Capital Group Aviation works with airlines, aircraft lessors, manufacturers, maintenance providers, and other aviation industry participants across financing, leasing, asset management, and servicing activities. Our experience spans different stages of an aircraft’s economic life, allowing us to bring investment, technical, operational, and capital markets capabilities to a range of transaction and asset-management needs.

• Pre-delivery payment financing. We provide short-term pre-delivery payment financing in connection with commercial aircraft production positions. These facilities can help airlines and other industry participants manage capital requirements ahead of delivery.
• Commercial aircraft and engine leasing. We originate, acquire, and manage commercial aircraft and engines for lease to airline operators globally. Our investment and technical teams evaluate aircraft and engine assets throughout their economic lives and work with counterparties on leasing, placement, and ongoing asset management.
• Maintenance expense management. We use specialized technology and technical analysis to monitor anticipated maintenance requirements and evaluate available maintenance alternatives. This work supports maintenance planning and helps us engage with lessees and maintenance providers as aircraft approach scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
• Marketing and transitioning. Our marketing and technical teams work with airline customers, lessors, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers to manage aircraft transitions between operators. We coordinate technical, commercial, and operational workstreams with the objective of supporting efficient transitions and managing associated timing and costs.
• End-of-life asset management. Our roots in aircraft part-out provide experience in managing aviation assets through the later stages of their economic lives. We evaluate disposition alternatives for aircraft, engines, and components, including part-out, consignment, sale, and other channels based on the asset and prevailing market conditions.
• Securitization servicing. We provide servicing and related capabilities in connection with aviation debt securitizations and aircraft-backed capital markets transactions. Our experience in aircraft ownership, leasing, technical management, and servicing informs our approach to these transactions.
