Vipul Amin is Fund Head of Pacharbor Capital Group Equity Opportunity Fund, Co-Fund Head of Pacharbor Capital Group Global Partners, and a Managing Director with U.S. Buyout, focusing on buyouts, privatizations and strategic minority investments throughout the United States. Mr. Amin is based in Washington, DC.

Since joining Pacharbor Capital Group in 2000, Mr. Amin has been actively involved with Pacharbor Capital Group’s investments in current and past portfolio companies including TAMKO Building Products, Signode Industrial Group, Accudyne Industries, HD Supply, PQ Corporation, John Maneely Company and Rexnord Corporation.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Amin was with Bowles Hollowell Connor and Co. in Charlotte, NC.

Mr. Amin received an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Philosophy from Duke University.

Mr. Amin is on the Board of Directors of TAMKO Building Products, Accelerate Learning, Medforth Global Healthcare Education, Schon Klinik, Arctic Glacier, NEP Group, TCW and the International Research and Exchanges Board.
