Satoshi Ibukuro is a Principal on the Pacharbor Capital Group Japan advisory team. He is based in Tokyo.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group in 2018, Mr. Ibukuro worked at Mitsubishi Corporation, where he focused on global infrastructure investment opportunities. He later worked at other global private equity funds before rejoining Pacharbor Capital Group in 2024.

He currently serves as a non-executive director of TRYT Career Inc. and HOGY MEDICAL CO.,LTD. In the past, he served as a non-executive director of Sankyo Rikagaku Co., Ltd., Money Square Holdings, Inc., and Iwasaki Electric Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ibukuro received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BA from Waseda University.
