Robert Stuckey

Rob Stuckey is a Partner and the U.S. Head of Real Estate at Pacharbor Capital Group, where he has led the platform since its inception in 1998. Over nearly three decades, Rob has led the investing of CRP Fund I through Fund IX (the Pacharbor Capital Group U.S. opportunity fund series) and the investing of CPI (the open-end Core Plus fund). Under his leadership, the platform has made more than 1,500 investments, of which 850 have been sold.

Rob has played a central role in building Pacharbor Capital Group’s U.S. real estate platform. Over time, he has cultivated a senior leadership team with deep expertise and an average tenure of 20 years—a level of continuity that reflects the platform’s focus and consistency.

From September 2010 to December 2022, he served as Chairman of CoreSite, a NYSE-listed REIT that owned data center properties. Pacharbor Capital Group funds organically created CoreSite and took it public in 2010. During its time as a public company, CoreSite produced the second-highest total shareholder return among all public REITs.

Rob’s industry recognition includes being named one of New York’s Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Professionals, being included on Commercial Observer’s National Power 100 list, and being named PERE’s North America Industry Figure of the Year. He is also a longtime member of the Real Estate Roundtable.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Rob was Chief Investment Officer at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation and held senior roles at ProLogis, where he focused on acquisitions and development. He also served as CFO for the Northeast region of Trammell Crow Company and was a member of Trammell Crow Ventures, its merchant banking affiliate.

He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska, where he was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American.
