RJ Madden is a Managing Director, Deputy Head of Asset-Backed Finance. He is based in New York.

Mr. Madden joined Pacharbor Capital Group in March 2026 and focuses on a broad spectrum of asset-backed finance investments across residential, consumer, and specialty credit. Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Madden was a Managing Director and Head of Residential and Consumer Credit within the Asset Based Finance team at KKR, where he invested across credit and high-grade pools of capital and oversaw investments in whole loans, structured transactions, and platform investments. Previously, he was at Angelo Gordon as a Managing Director within the Structured Credit team, focusing on public and private structured credit markets on behalf of credit funds, separately managed accounts, and public vehicles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Madden was a Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management, concentrating on residential and commercial credit strategies, and began his career in Deloitte’s Securitization Transactions team.

Mr. Madden received a BA in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
