Rishi Modi is a Managing Director focused on US Buyout and Growth opportunities in the healthcare sector. He is based in New York.

Mr. Modi currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Resonetics, Orsini Specialty Pharmacy, Tarrytown Expocare, Medforth Global Healthcare Education, and WellDyne. Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Modi was a Vice President at L Catterton, where he focused on investment opportunities in the consumer health space. Previously, Mr. Modi was with GI Partners in San Francisco and, before business school, worked in the healthcare groups at Warburg Pincus and Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Mr. Modi received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He received a BBA with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
