Michael Meagher is a Partner and Head of Direct Lending Origination in Global Credit. He is based in New York and sits on the firm's Private Investment Committees.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Meagher was a Managing Director at Golub Capital, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and monitoring portfolio investments, primarily senior secured loans to middle market companies. Mr. Meagher started his leveraged finance career at Deutsche Bank, where he worked as an Investment Banker in both the Financial Sponsors Group and the Restructuring & Workout Group.

Mr. Meagher received his BA in English from Dickinson College.
