Matthew Romanczuk is a Partner on the Secondary and Portfolio Finance team where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing transactions in North America.

He joined Pacharbor Capital Group AlpInvest in 2011 from Peter J. Solomon Company, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst.

Matt received an AB in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
