Matthew Coles is a Managing Director focused on buyout investments in the financial services sector. He is based in New York.

Since joining Pacharbor Capital Group in 2010, he has been actively involved in Pacharbor Capital Group's investments in CAPTRUST, Duravant, Asplundh, Hurst Point, PIB, TAMKO, NEP, TCW, Arctic Glacier, Multi Packaging Solutions, and RAC. He currently serves on the boards of Arctic Glacier, Hurst Point, NEP, PIB, and TCW.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Coles worked in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard in London. He received a BA in modern history, with honors, from St. Peter's College, Oxford University.
