John Shepard is a Managing Director on Pacharbor Capital Group's Direct Lending team. He is based in New York.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Shepard was a Managing Director at Crescent Capital Group, where he focused on originating and underwriting credit and structured equity investments to support sponsor buyouts and recapitalizations. Prior to his time at Crescent, Mr. Shepard worked in the Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets groups at Bank of America Securities, where he advised corporate and sponsor clients on both loan and bond financings. Mr. Shepard started his career at Deloitte in the Investment Management Division.

John received his BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
