Javier Meireles is Partner & Chief Executive Officer of Pacharbor Capital Group Aviation Partners, one of the world's largest aviation investment and asset management platforms. In this role, he co-leads the business, overseeing investment strategy, portfolio management, and corporate functions, including finance, accounting, legal, compliance, and lease management.

Mr. Meireles joined Pacharbor Capital Group Aviation Partners in 2010 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, he has played a key role in the firm's growth, leading finance, corporate functions, strategic initiatives, and portfolio management across the global platform.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group Aviation Partners, Mr. Meireles spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served public companies in the transportation and logistics sectors, advising on SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, and technical accounting matters.

Mr. Meireles holds a BS in accounting from the University of Florida and an MS in accountancy from Florida International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
