Jack Griffin is a Managing Director in the Global Credit segment at Pacharbor Capital Group, where he focuses on structured credit across the broadly syndicated and middle-market loan businesses, with particular emphasis on the firm’s Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) platform. Mr. Griffin specializes in fundraising and the origination of new Pacharbor Capital Group CLOs, as well as the oversight and management of existing CLO structures. In addition, he leads Pacharbor Capital Group’s investments in third-party CLOs in the primary market.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Griffin was at MUFG Securities, where he focused on structuring and originating CLO transactions. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in the Structured Finance Valuations Group.

Mr. Griffin earned a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
