Genta Saito is a Managing Director of the Pacharbor Capital Group Japan Advisory team. He is based in Tokyo.

Since joining Pacharbor Capital Group in 2006, Mr. Saito has advised seven portfolio companies, primarily in the healthcare and consumer sectors, including Solasto Corp. (formerly N.I.C. Corp.) and Orion Breweries, Ltd. He now leads the Deal Execution team, a newly established function within the Pacharbor Capital Group Japan Advisory team launched at the beginning of 2023. The team provides support on capital markets and LBO finance matters, as well as the practical aspects of deal execution, across a wide range of deals.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Saito spent five years at Nishimura & Partners (now Nishimura & Asahi), one of the Big Four law firms in Japan, covering various aspects of corporate activities, including M&A transactions. He is admitted to practice law in Japan and New York State.

Mr. Saito received his MBA from INSEAD, an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University, and an LLB from the University of Tokyo. He serves on the Board of Directors of CureApp, Inc.
