Constantin Boye is a Managing Director on the European Technology investment team and leads Pacharbor Capital Group's growth equity efforts with a focus on enterprise software and technology. Constantin is based in London. Since joining Pacharbor Capital Group in 2016, he has been actively involved in executing and managing Pacharbor Capital Group’s investments in SurePay, Hack The Box, Shopware (exited to PayPal), 1E (acquired by TeamViewer), SER Group (acquired by TA Associates), NetMotion Software (acquired by Absolute Software) and VWD Group (acquired by Infront ASA).

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Constantin was an Associate of Summit Partners where he originated, executed and managed growth capital investments in technology companies. Prior to Summit, Constantin worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies.

Constantin received an MA (Cantab) and BA in Economics from Cambridge University with First Class Honors.
