Alex Wagenberg is a Partner on the Pacharbor Capital Group Europe Partners investment advisory team. He is Chief of Staff and Chair of the Exit Committee of Europe Buyout.

Mr. Wagenberg joined Pacharbor Capital Group in 2001 and has been a Partner since 2009.

Mr. Wagenberg has worked on a number of notable deals, including the acquisition and subsequent initial public offerings of Applus and Telecable; the partnerships with the founding families of Logoplaste and Jeanologia; and serving on each of their Boards of Directors in different capacities. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Raventós Codorníu and is a member of the Board of Directors of Garnica, Anthesis, Altadia, Raventós Codorníu, and Jeanologia, and in the past of CUPA, Telecable, and Palacios.

Prior to joining Pacharbor Capital Group, Mr. Wagenberg spent six years in operational roles, among them as Chief Financial Officer of eDreams in Barcelona and Chief Executive Officer of Hilti's distribution business in Colombia. He also worked for seven years in the mergers and acquisitions department of Goldman Sachs, operating from their New York, London, and Madrid offices.

Mr. Wagenberg is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University, with a degree in civil engineering and operations research.
